We were in a hurry, so stayed here only for 3 nights, nonetheless everything was really good. The location was secluded, incredible on best local attractions. The whole experience was special from start to finish, recommend.

This hotel has a stunning location near the island, beautiful gardens, and a river, plus it's just 2 km away from the Mayflower Steps, making it a wonderful place to stay.

Stayed in airy deluxe king room with beautiful antique furniture. The hotel's location was secluded, perfect to get onto the ferry.

The room was absolutely fabulous with an own bathroom. The service offered was brilliant.

The staff was polite, the breakfast was gorgeous, and the secluded location was a plus.

We stayed in one of the lodges and found it very spacious and comfortable for all the family

The setting was just gorgeous, super close to the historic downtown area. the staff here were top-notch, going above and beyond and always so friendly. 😊

Brilliant service throughout the hotel.

People at golf restaurant were nice. The idea. Of the Villas is great, however, the reality of them and their service was totally unsatisfactory. The advertising did not disclose the lack of maid and other essentials.

The villas are well overpriced for what you get. There was considerable mold both inside and out. The rooms were not serviced and you were not informed of this fact. The value for €400 per night was not there and. We stayed in other hotels of uh better quality and service for €100 per night. There was no telephone in the room so no way to inform the reception of any problems Or emergencies. Following breakfast, the service area in the dining room was a mess.

The restaurant here offers fantastic dishes for both dinner and breakfast, with great services and facilities available.

The location of the resort was idyllic. The self catering lodge we stayed in was fantastic. The level of comfort and cleanliness was outstanding. We particularly enjoyed having open access to the stunning castle hotel and lovely golf club, which was really 'family friendly'.

We were disappointed that we had to pay almost 20 euros for a one off visit for our two children to use the swimming pool at the 'Woodlands' sister resort hotel. We would like to suggest that access to this swimming pool should be included as part of the Waterford hotel holiday package.
